Everyone is invited to participate in Toronto’s 2nd Annual No Pants! Subway Ride. The event will take place at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 10. Everything you need to know is below. Please read it carefully!
Requirments For Participation:
1) Willing to take pants off on subway
2) Able to keep a straight face about it
**THIS IS A PARTICIPATORY EVENT. DO NOT SHOW UP UNLESS YOU PLAN TO TAKE YOUR PANTS OFF. THIS INCLUDES NEWS MEDIA**
Details:
When: Saturday, January 10 at 3:00 PM, Sharp! (Over by around 5:00)
Where: Meet at the giant horseman statue in the middle of Queens Park. To subway there, walk directly south from Museum Station. (Google Maps)
Bring: A backpack and a metropass/tokens
Do not bring: A camera (don’t worry we are taking pictures)
Wear: Normal winter clothes (hat, gloves, etc)

Toronto’s 2nd Annual No Pants! Subway Ride will take place on Saturday, January 10. More info about the meeting point and start time will be posted to this site later on this month. For now, save the date.

The No Pants! Subway Ride is annual event staged by Improv Everywhere, every January in New York City. This event has now become a global phenomenon, with the mission being preformed all over North America in past years.
The mission is simple, agents get onto a subway car wearing no pants, just there boxers or underwear. They act like everything is normal, and just sit quitely reading the newspaper or listening to music. If asked about why they are not wearing pants, they DO NOT admit the truth. They will say things like “Oh, I just forgot my pants…” or “It didn’t feel cold enough to wear pants today”.

For our most recent mission, 20 agents met up downtown with one huge finish line, Canadian flags, a cowbell, and a load of team spirit! We then set it up in front of random strangers to see how they would react! Would they stop and stare? Or just try to ignore us? Or maybe even if we’re lucky, sprint to the finish!?
